What’s Happening at CCPL???
National Library Week – Did you know that April 19–25 is National Library Week? Each year, libraries across the country take this opportunity to celebrate the important role libraries play in our communities and the people who make it all possible. Here are some ways everyone can participate in National Library Week:
* Get a Library Card – Library cards are free for all Maryland residents. Simply bring a valid ID to any branch to sign up. Already have a card? Encourage your friends and family to get theirs!
* Attend a Program – We’re going to talk about some of the fun and interesting programs we have to offer. From cooking classes to local history programs, there’s something for everyone and all programs are free.
* Borrow Materials – Explore thousands of books, audiobooks, movies, and more. If you can’t visit in person, the digital collection is always available.
* Stay Connected – Follow us on social media or join our mailing list to keep up with the latest news, events, and ways to make the most of your library card.
