Weekly News Watch, a collaboration between Cecil TV and The Cecil Whig. Budget hearings kick off this week with Cecil County Public Schools making their case for funding beyond “maintenance of effort”. Tuesday’s budget hearing is scheduled for 4:30 PM and starts with a Budget Overview by County Executive Danielle Hornberger.
